Since the IPCC have admitted that the only guns fired in the Duggan incident were police issue, wouldn’t it be responsible of you to change your language concerning the event? It clearly was not an “armed stand off.” This is exactly the kind of thing that incites the riots, which open the door to hooligans like the ones who looted the UK tonight.

What about the bullet they found in the police radio? Get your facts right before you spread rumours which fuels such things.
I think the first anon meant, even the bullet in the radio was police issue. The dude was framed.
