I have had service with SPRINT via 713-539-6962 for over 17 years. When I married a few years ago my husband asked to add it to our account to make things cheaper and easier. Once I filed for divorce in September be began using it as a bargaining chip in our divorce. I contacted SPRINT to port out the number, gave them the PIN/ private code and ordered my new phone which I had been told I could upgrade. I was advised that the term and the contract would port out so there was no impact to my husband’s account. A few days later the phone number was again disconnected and he from that point would not allow me to have my number. I now have temporary court orders where he was told he had to reconnect the number and allow me to port it out onto my account. Please advise the process for him to do so and what number he would have to call or fax the legal documents to in order that it get done as quickly as possible. thank you. Linda Martinez

Hi! I’ve filed a Police Report with the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in Washington, DC concerning threatening and harassing phone calls I’ve been receiving from a phone number marked restricted. I’ve received over 70 calls this month alone! I’ve received the account holder “consent to release” form from you, but the detective assigned to the report has gone on vacation, and I’m told by MPD, that the detective assigned is the only officer to complete the request to you form. I’ve attempted to get another detective to complete the request form to no avail. My question is: How can I obtain, or submit a valid legal demand to you to obtain the actual phone number listed as restricted on my recent calls phone log? I have a restraining order in place against my former girl fried, who I believe is making these calls from this number marked restricted. I have filed a request with the District of Columbia Superior Court for a Contempt of the Stay away order by the person (former girl friend), whom I believe has continued to threaten and harass me in violation of the stay away order. In an effort to prove that the stay away order has been violated I need to show what the actual number is that showing up restricted making these numerous calls to my phone. I’ve recently on May 29th 2014, changed my phone number from (202) 321-2541 to a new number….”please advise!”

Please send me the information necessary to subpoena text messages sent from a specific Sprint phone during a specific time period. I would also appreciate the costs involved. This information is necessary to protect the interests of a child (and possibly court personnel) for whom I am the attorney. I would appreciate if someone could call me to discuss the details of my investigation. My number is 205-264-8076.
