I need to know if a verizon store employee can enter in a code and pull up my text messages and pic messages. How long do deleted text messages stay archeived?
Sir/Ma’am,
I sent a court order, # W-139, to Verizon regarding seeking subscriber information, primarily a name and address. What I recieved were Network Element Names and telephone numbers. The telephone number in question is 205-641-4856. Please review the court order, which specifically states subscriber information such as name and address as well as other data. Please let me know as soon as possible the status of our request. Thank You,
Mark D. Bucci, Detective
Delaware County Pa ICAC Task Force
I have mailed in a criminal subpoena requesting all incoming/outgoing call records for the week of April 23, 2011 to April 30, 2011 and for September 8, 2011. My client has given express permission for me to retain this information in an ongoing criminal investigation. I have received a message stating, “The attached subpoena request is not facially vaild. We need the copy that was filed with the court in the state of South Carolina.” What, do I need to submit in order to receive these records? Time is of the essence.
I’m needing to have my attroney submit a request for inbound/outbound calls and text records for telephone number 615-542-3368 by the 19th of January. What and Where does my atttroney need to provide in get this information.
Thank you,
Marilyn R. Hicks
Can a lawyer get more than 3-5 days of content texts?
You people are retarded, this is a file dump, not a place to have your questions tended to by a verizon rep. Durrrrrrrrr I’m post phone #s on a publically available file dump site, durrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
If the damn cops can’t get more than 3-5 days why would a slimy lawyer? Jesus use your f’ing heads.
Verizon Venezuela , S.A. has a global agreement signed to provide services to TURBIMECA and CNPV, both leagal entities of General Electric Company. Legal Counsel of Verizon Venezuela refused to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) with GE in Venezuela. Fail to sign a MNDA would result in termination all of the contracts in Latin america, Europe and The US.
We appreciate the help you can give us to sign this MNDA.
Regards,
I have a DROID RAZR and I recently was being tracked by an agency that could access my GPS location without my knowledge. I’m a common man with with very limited resources. How do I find out who was tracking me? I was told I needed a court order to find out who has been scaring the crap out of me.
Is there a simpler and less expensive way to obtain this information I seek? I’m a common man asking for some assistance.
