I sent a court order, # W-139, to Verizon regarding seeking subscriber information, primarily a name and address. What I recieved were Network Element Names and telephone numbers. The telephone number in question is 205-641-4856. Please review the court order, which specifically states subscriber information such as name and address as well as other data. Please let me know as soon as possible the status of our request. Thank You,

    Mark D. Bucci, Detective
Delaware County Pa ICAC Task Force

I have mailed in a criminal subpoena requesting all incoming/outgoing call records for the week of April 23, 2011 to April 30, 2011 and for September 8, 2011. My client has given express permission for me to retain this information in an ongoing criminal investigation. I have received a message stating, “The attached subpoena request is not facially vaild. We need the copy that was filed with the court in the state of South Carolina.” What, do I need to submit in order to receive these records? Time is of the essence.

Verizon Venezuela , S.A. has a global agreement signed to provide services to TURBIMECA and CNPV, both leagal entities of General Electric Company. Legal Counsel of Verizon Venezuela refused to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) with GE in Venezuela. Fail to sign a MNDA would result in termination all of the contracts in Latin america, Europe and The US.
We appreciate the help you can give us to sign this MNDA.

I have a DROID RAZR and I recently was being tracked by an agency that could access my GPS location without my knowledge. I’m a common man with with very limited resources. How do I find out who was tracking me? I was told I needed a court order to find out who has been scaring the crap out of me.

Is there a simpler and less expensive way to obtain this information I seek? I’m a common man asking for some assistance.

Verizon Internal Affairs ? .. In the 1980′s, GTE Mobile issued 415-971-7234 out of sequential order, auto paid by bankcard, listed to Beverley XXXX in Foster City, California.. The cellular phone record’s show no in or out going calls for some 9 years but tracking indicates it’s location at 546 E. Pine St., Stockton, Ca. where a MRI facility, closed to public business, operating a transmissional dish without a license from the FCC.. Calling this number resulted in a busy signal.. August of 1994, the Stockton Fire Department responded to a fire and upon entry, a fireman had his battle ax rip from his hand by an operating MRI machine.. The cooling head, the only part of the machine left on during closed hours, does not engage the magnetic part of the machine.. A fire / police report reads, ” It is cheaper leaving the equipement on than to restart “.. This is a false statement, since the equipement was never turned off, does not explain the transmitting equipement nor why the building was never open to public for business.. Shortly after this, 415-971-7234 begins to track to Danville, Ca. where it also answers with a continous busy signal.. In the year of 2003, I made a call to Verizon, the service representive manages to get a service tech to check the line which results in an Unknown staff person shutting down the enquiry and stating to the service represntive, “this is not a Verizon problem”.. Once again I called but this time I reached the Verizon Wireless HQ’s to file my concern, they in turn handed my inquiry off to the East Coast Division Office.. I recieved a personal assurance that someone from the Northern Regional Office in California would assist.. Sure enough, I got the call and once again they would have to verify the number as Verizon’s.. It was and the explaination for the problem, the busy signal’s around the clock performance and tracking location for 415-971-7234 was AT&T’s problem.. I then requested that the person whom I was speaking to, please pick up her Verizon desk phone and call the Verizon Wireless number and see if she could identify the problem as Verizon’s and not AT&T which was used to track the number location.. This resulted in a formal complaint to the FCC and I recieved a letter explaining that the number was never in Verizon’s system, nor was there any admittance of an ESN number.. The number was not transfered as the rest of the block numbers were and remained off Verizon’s computer system but operated by Verizon’s service after the reformation of GTE’s merger.. In fact, after the merger, Beverley’s get dropped and the number remains operational till 2004.. An anouncement was placed on the numbers line answering to this, “If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and dial again” “Verizon anouncement, message 1″ to repeat carrying same except, message 2 following and would click off, about the length that you could put a message on a working number answering options.. The number continues to track to Danville, Caifornia for two months or so, until I requested the number personaly upon trying to obtain Verizon as a Carrier.. The number was not available, funny that the letter I recieved declaired a routing problem and it was really an availablity problem or so I thought till it’s status goes into the name, Sarah.. and then after a year or so, into Cellco Partnership Dba Verizon Wireless carring a voice message, “Hello, I probably out walking Meme, so leave a message.. etc.” and the account is also paid by auto bankcard timely.. I’ve been told that this account is a corporate account and requires a password to recieve the business name, yet when I ran the Dba fictitious name that was listed, ” CALIFORNIA” and to my surprise, the Secretary of the State of California has no recorded of this Dba.. All Dba’s in the State of California are required registation and an EIN number also for the Federal Government.. This is only the tip of the iceberg regarding 415-971-7234 history and it’s guardian at Verizon’s Northern California routing center.. It seems this tech has offered free wirless chat service to a number of area codes all bearing the same number.. Amazing ! .. Well the years have gone bye and I thought I’d write this true story.. There is alot more, maybe I should write a novel and how business like the chat room can become successful from the inside.. I bet if the legal department of Verizon finds this employee, if he hasn’t retire or transfered to a new job, like GTE Sylvania, but still at his post, they might just be surprised how wealthy in worldly goods he has become.. He’s real smart but he leaves a paper trail like no other, find the history on the number, hope he isn’t shreding his flypaper.. Good Hunting Internal Affairs, it’s good to know Verizon is looking out for it’s shareholders…………..
