•Primary Mission –Fuse together resources from local, state, and federal agencies and private industries to facilitate information collection, analysis, & sharing in order to prevent terrorist attacks and criminal activity
•Secondary Mission –In support of VEOC, centralize information and resources to provide coordinated and effective response in the event of an attack
