The following are two notices were received in early September 2009 from a Mr. Giulio Ferraresi, who is head of the Incident Handling Cell at NATO’s Computer Incident Response Capability. The first notice was sent early in the morning on September 8, 2009. The second was sent several hours later and was oddly colored blue. We did not release these notices at first. However, due to recent events, we feel that it is prudent to make them available.
