The following files contain the majority of the contract documents between the City of Oakland and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for construction of the City of Oakland/Port of Oakland Joint Domain Awareness Center. The documents were obtained via a public records request made by members of Occupy Oakland. The documents were also separately provided to Carlton Purvis who notes that a number of key sections of the contract are missing, including several exhibits and arguably the most important part of the overall contract: the “scope of work.”
